Welcome to mot-r These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our legal work orchestration platform (the “Services”). By signing up or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use mot-r

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization. Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for everything done under your account.

2. Using mot-r

We give you a license to use mot-r for your organization’s internal business needs. Please don’t:

  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer our platform.

  • Use it for illegal activity or to infringe others’ rights.

3. Your Data

  • You own your data.

  • We’ll only use it to provide the Services, keep things running, and meet legal obligations.

  • You can export your data if you stop using mot-r.

4. Service and Support

We aim to keep mot-r running smoothly with 99.9% uptime. Sometimes we need to do maintenance.

5. Payments

If you’re on a paid plan, fees are billed as shown when you signed up. You’re responsible for taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

We own mot-r, you own your content. Simple.

7. Ending the Service

You can stop using mot-r anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You’ll have 30 days to export your data if that happens.

8. Legal Bits

  • mot-r is provided “as is” — we can’t promise it will always be perfect or bug-free.

  • Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

  • We’re not responsible for indirect losses like lost profits or lost data.

9. Disputes

  • If you bring a claim against mot-r, Ontario law applies, and arbitration will be in Toronto, Canada.

  • If we bring a claim against you, your local laws apply, and arbitration will be in your jurisdiction.

  • We’ll try mediation before arbitration.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll let you know. Keep using mot-r = you accept the changes.
